Ideally located to discover Aveyron, we are between two of the most beautiful villages in France Belcastel and Sauveterre de Rouergue as well as between Rodez and Villefranche de Rouergue (east/west axis) and between Albi and Conques (south/north axis).
The Limayrac mill dating from the 19th century produced animal flours like many other water mills in Aveyron. The mill and its barn have been renovated and combine all the comforts of modernity with the character of the old (exposed stones and beams, lime paint).
Our guest house, just like the gîte, is eco-responsible . Our life-changing project, creating holiday accommodation, has taken into account the impact on our environment.
The guest house was created in the barn of the old mill. It welcomes groups of 8 to 14 people only. The 4 bedrooms and living space, available to guests, are comfortable and equipped with wifi: the library with its stove, the living room and the dining room. When the weather permits, the terrace and the garden allow you to relax outside in peace, by the stream.
Want to meet up with family, friends, in a group (hikers, training (yoga, painting, etc.)), our guest house offers friendly spaces that are suitable for all those looking for calm, wide open spaces and conviviality. For cyclists and motorcyclists there is covered parking .
Half-board service is dinner at our guest table with vegetables from our garden and Aveyron products.
Our guest rooms are referenced in the Guide de Charme and Guide du Routard as well as in "Chambres d'hôtes référence" a guarantee of the quality of our services. We will be happy to advise you for the organization of your stay in Aveyron.
The cottage, indepedent of the guest house and our accommodation is located in the old mill. It is for 4 people with private swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), 2 bedrooms, shower room, living/dining room and well-equipped kitchen. There is a terrace, garden furniture and a large garden with mature trees.
The cottage is a weekly rental during school holidays, public holidays and from mid-June to mid-September, otherwise a 2-night minimum is possible.
A land of hiking, great landscapes, heritage, sport and nature, treasure hunts... There is something for all tastes and all ages.
